You can get the imagery archive of any location by clicking the clock icon in Google Earth Pro.. where some places in the world have an archive of aerial photography before 1984If You have any problem of connection or you can see just a black screen.. you can use any vpn software, or you can download the Psiphon program; it is a portable freeware, you don't need to setup it, just click the app and connect it, then open Google Earth Pro and enjoy (look up the video bellow)
